A person who either: 1. Creates and manages the information content (words and pictures) and organization of a web site. 2. Manages the computer server and technical programming aspects of a web site or does both. With the services that we provide most of our clients are #1. They manage their site using omTools, an editor that works like a word processor. We handle all of the #2 geek stuff. Additional if you wish we can do it all for you, you send us content and we take care of everything.
